Xi'An Crystal Island Hotel, Xi'an (Shaanxi)

The breakfast buffet at the Xi'An Crystal Island Hotel was an interesting experience! While the offerings weren't what I would typically find appealing, I enjoyed trying local delicacies such as stir-fried noodles and gongee (rice porridge). They even had toast and strawberry jam, which was comforting. Each breakfast felt like an adventure in discovering new flavors, and I loved the variety. It definitely broadened my culinary horizons!

During my stay, I found the room to be quite spacious, with comfortable seating that allowed for relaxation after a long day of exploring. It was a nice spot to unwind before heading out again, and the overall space made it easy to feel at home. Even though I had some challenges with the bed, the room's design was definitely a highlight.

The bedroom in my room at the hotel was quite large. I appreciated the size, allowing me to spread out. However, I did find the bed a bit firm for my liking. Luckily, I discovered an extra duvet in the closet which I used as a mattress topper. It definitely improved my comfort level. Overall, the bedroom was quite functional for my needs.

The bathroom in my room had a few unique features. Though the design was compact, I managed to navigate the space without too much trouble. The water pressure was decent, and the amenities provided were sufficient for my needs. I especially enjoyed the experience of using a western toilet, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it served its purpose well during my stay.
